Welcome! This is
the first step to achieving your professional goal to attain
licensure. This Supervision program has been designed with
the supervisee in mind. I have created a 9-Step Curriculum
to propel supervisees to easily achieve success.
About the Supervisor
Michele D. Green, LPC, CPCS, NBCCH is licensed to provide
supervision in the state of Georgia. I have provided
supervision for interns/supervisees for over 20 years. I
have been a certified CPCS for 2 years. I have partnered
with universities and trade schools such as: Walden
University, Clark Atlanta University, Troy State University,
Liberty University, Old Dominion University, Clayton State
University, United Educational Institute, and Georgia State
University. I am the founder of Gathering Precious Stones,
LLC., a private behavioral health practice. I am extensively
trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), National
Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (NBCCH), and
Certified Anger Management Specialist. I am a state
certified Impact Trainer, which provides training for foster
parents. I am a trained CCFA provider for Georgia Department
of Family and Children Services. I have created treatment
and training curriculums on a wide range of mental health
topics including parenting, staff development, and anger
management. I regularly facilitate skill-building groups and
individual training sessions on issues such as emotional
regulation, trauma, and parenting.
About Supervision
This supervision program draws from person-centered,
cognitive-behavioral, narrative and existential theoretical
models, concepts of social justice, empowerment, and equal
access to all societal members. As your supervisor, I will
encourage you to consider your thoughts, your behaviors and
your feelings as you conduct clinical sessions and interact
with your clients. My supervision encompasses the roles of
teacher, consultant and counselor to assist you with your
own development as a clinician. The curriculum focuses on:
LPC/LAPC application, Test Prep, and Supervision/Clinician
Development. Supervision will be offered as online courses,
individual and group supervision. Supervisee will be able to
track and monitor progress toward licensure. Welcome to an
